FIDELITY TO SELF

The Still Small Voice

A practice of fidelity to self invites us to consider that everything we need is already inside of us. Practicing fidelity requires attention to our inner lives. It means aligning our values with our behaviors, living with integrity, being loyal with intention, following through on our commitments, doing the work that is ours to do, setting healthy boundaries, being willing to admit our shortcomings, seeking repair. Fidelity requires that we do all of this without the drama of shame or fragility so that we can lean into authenticity and love.
