Rabbi Jonathan Sacks taught that optimism is the belief that things are going to get better; hope is the belief that we can make things better.  Rather than treat hope as a passive virtue, we must engage it as an active spiritual practice. It is how we can mend the world and ourselves.

Newcomers are invited to attend our Inquirers series. This introductory class to Unitarian Universalism is held on an 8-week rotation. All are welcome—drop in anytime! New members are strongly encouraged to attend all 8 sessions of Inquirers prior to joining.
