QiGong: Seven Precious Gestures
Like Tai Chi, Qigong can be described and practiced as a moving meditation. It is a mind-body-spirit practice that improves one’s mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique and focused attention.
There are many different Qigong practices and exercises. We will be practicing The Seven Precious Gestures and The Nine Phases. Both practices will be taught in standing and seated positions. If you have questions, please contact Sekayi.Stringer@uuca.org
