Purchase and Sale Agreement
In their meeting on January 23, 2018, the UUCA Board of Trustees approved the Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA) for the Still Waters property (2650 N. Druid Hills Road) and is recommending approval by the congregation in the Congregational Meeting to be held February 25, 2018, 11:15 am, in the Sanctuary.
The first two information sessions related to congregational consideration of the PSA will be held Sunday, January 28, 11:30 am, in the Sanctuary and Wednesday, January 31, 7 pm, in Room 209/210. These are both Question & Answer Sessions, with the emphasis on the question “What information do you need in order to make an informed decision about the purchase of Still Waters?” The Project Phoenix Steering Team urges all congregants to attend one of these sessions to share what they need to know in order to vote on February 25. The needed information will be provided during the four Town Halls, which are scheduled as follows:
