Moving forward
We recently brought you the latest updates at our annual congregational meeting. Since then, crews on site have been working quickly to complete the education and admin wing. While the Sanctuary will take a while longer, things are moving swiftly overall. This week we reached a significant milestone with air conditioning coming online. This week we saw painters and flooring trades making substantial progress in the wing. We are on track to be able to move our furniture out of the Treehouse...
Thank you Endowment Fund!

THE VISION

Project Phoenix contracted Choate Construction for general contracting and Collins Cooper and Carusi Architects to make our dream campus become a reality. Fiona Grandowski was the principal architect assigned to our project.
The plans for our home were created in collaboration with our building professionals and our community. Pictured here is a rendering of the property from the outside. Click here to review the final floor plans.
We are so grateful for the generosity of our congregation, board, Endowment Fund, and others in supporting this amazing initiative!
THE HISTORY

On March 12, 2018 the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Atlanta voted to sell our building at 1911 Cliff Valley Way. UUCA then moved to a rental property lovingly dubbed “The Treehouse” as their interim home. We moved into our new campus in August, 2022.
