Description
RIK DANIELS
“Learning to Swim” was an autobiographical reflection of how my mother taught me to swim in a pool in our yard. In it, I shared the playful joys of and freedoms I experienced in water as a youth; along with some of the challenges I encountered while “learning to swim” socially in the world, as the inevitable spectacle one often becomes when navigating such common activities for the particularly unique form I was blessed with!
