Roll up your mat and join UUCA’s class Thursdays, 10-30 -11:30 on ZOOM.  Email Joy Kniskern-Murphy to get on the list for weekly announcements about the class and log-in information: cyclejoy@mindspring.com
Bring a yoga mat or large beach or bath towel.
A yoga blanket or towel for support
Two yoga blocks or large books or smaller firm pillows
A yoga bolster or larger pillow
A yoga strap, flexible belt or tie.
Each class features a beginning and ending meditation, and poses to build strength, flexibility and balance.
Everyone works at their own pace, and alternatives poses/postures are given.
