Tuesday, June 16th from 7:30-8:30 PM – join us on Zoom for the final session in our 4 part series on Happiness. In this class, you will learn how to pursue sustained rather than ephemeral happiness. Lessons will be based on evidence from the social sciences.
The fourth session covers why mindfulness and exercise work, and will be taught by Dr. Chris Martin, a member of the Adult Religious Education team and postdoctoral fellow and instructor at Georgia Tech. He has been teaching a college course on the science and philosophy of happiness since 2016.
