Tuesday, June 9th from 7:30-8:30 PM - join us on Zoom for the 3rd in a 4 part series on Happiness.  In this class, you will learn how to pursue sustained rather than ephemeral happiness. Lessons will be based on evidence from the social sciences. The format of this class is a combination of lecture and video.
Last week’s session covered decision making about money and time, this week’s class will discuss coping with suffering and pain.  The final class in this series will discuss why mindfulness and exercise work.
