Event Details

Adult RE starts February with a 2 part series - Covenant Community: Are We There Yet? Presented by UUCA members Doug Abell, Erin Golan, Ines Hoster, and John Merkel, this series will focus on UUCA’s status as a covenantal faith community. We will explore the concept of ‘covenantal community” and its place in UUism. The promises and commitments of UUCA’s Covenant will be identified and participants will be invited to reflect on their Covenant strengths and areas for improvement. Examples of communication skills and attitudes that contribute to building covenantal relationships will be provided. The Mission, Vision, and Functions of UUCA’s Healthy Relations Committee (HRC) will be reviewed. Participants will have the opportunity to offer input for a covenantal relationships assessment tool as well as to ask questions and share perspectives. If you have questions, contact the HRC at:  healthyrelations@uuca.org. Sign up for this class here.  (http://bit.ly/3pYP3zj).
