In this meditation series we will learn a basic seated meditation practice with a different focus each week. Seated meditation will be either in chairs or on the floor, depending on individual preferences and abilities. In addition to the one hour weekly class, participants will be asked to commit to a regular daily practice at home of 15 minutes per day and encouraged to keep a meditation journal.
Anyone who is interested in beginning/establishing a meditation practice or who has an ongoing practice will be welcome.
Attend as many sessions as you are able.
