Progress continues steadily on our new campus! Check out some highlights below:

We had many inspection updates this week as our in-wall plumbing and HVAC for our administration building passed inspection. The Mechanical Inspector does have some concerns about spliced truss in the administration building, as they’ve been cut in the past to accommodate the HVAC. They’re being proactive in finding a solution. ECS continues regular inspections and reports. Safety has continued to be an upmost priority with no injuries at the site.

In the Sanctuary, the layout for the ceiling has been redone. They are rebuilding templates and will be working on the ceiling through Christmas. Following framing completion, then the MEP, Moravian Star wrench, retractable screen, and wire pulls for TSAV etc will go in for checks.

The vendor was also met with for film on ceiling and lamination for the Sanctuary. CCA may bring in technical support for proper adhesion techniques. The HVAC rough in continues in the Sanctuary.

In the administration wing, HVAC equipments has arrived, and the plumber should have the mechanical room build out in the next couple of weeks. Masonry will begin on the second floor and work will continue into January. Plumbing is done on the first floor, and we are waiting for fixtures to arrive for installation. The elevator pit was poured this week, and walls will follow.

On the exterior, the retention pond continues and should be finished up next week.

Aluminum and glass is on order for the round windows.
