September – Wine, Cheese & The Spoken Word
The Performing Arts Coordinating Team (PACT) announces our first show in The Treehouse – Wine, Cheese & The Spoken Word, Saturday, September 22, in The Social Hall, featuring the spoken-word artistry of Jacqueline C. Chester and Stephan Wing. Readings begin at 7:30 pm. Singer/songwriter Carolann McColley starts the evening with Pre-Show music at 7 pm. And midway between featured sets, the surprises of Open Mic performers take the stage. You can sign up for Open Mic when the doors open at 6:30 pm. Admission donation: $5, but no one will be turned away.
Jacqueline Chester is a creative all-star. She is a writer, poet, playwright, actor, model, and jewelry designer. She will read from a sampling of her plays, short stories and memoir –“Black Girl in Moscow” — and briefly discuss her experience with religion and abstract art in Russia.
Stephen Wing is the author of two books of poems, over a dozen chapbooks, numerous essays on ecology and

Carolann McColley, our Pre-Show artist, is a student at Pebblebrook High School in Mableton. She will be performing covers and original music influenced by indie music, hip hop, jazz and R&B. A very talented young lady.
