Introduction to Tai Chi Chih

Tai Chi Chih is a version of Tai Chi that is easy to learn for all ages. It is a gentle moving meditation that stimulates, circulates and balances the flow of one’s Chi, as do the other forms of Tai Chi. It was developed in 1974 as an alternative to the martial art Tai Chi Chuan. This class will provide participants with sufficient material to begin a simple practice.
