SOLD – CHOA now owns 1911 Cliff Valley Way

It’s official!  The sale of our property to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta closed on Thursday, May 25. UUCA has received and deposited the funds. According to the terms of the contract, UUCA must move out no later than September 15, 2018, and we have financial incentives to move sooner. All members of the Project Phoenix teams are working very hard to make this happen.
