UUCA’s mission is to foster a community of faith that encourages and supports our individual quests for truth and meaning out of which we act together for social justice.  The Religious Exploration program reflects that commitment by nurturing students through learning, ritual and relationship.

Religious Exploration classes during the program year (August-May) are held after the worship service. During the worship service, children ages 3-9yrs have the option of attending CONNECTIONS! which is a lightly structured social time for children to get to know each other, make friends, and have fun.

  • 10:00am – Worship (10 yrs +) and CONNECTIONS! (3yrs – 9yrs)
  • 11:15am – All Ages Religious Exploration Classes and Workshops

Newcomers are always welcome. We ask families with children who have attended Religious Exploration classes for 3 weeks (and who plan to continue attending) to fill out the 2017-18 UUCA RE Registration Form.

It “takes a village” to support our children and youth, so we encourage the entire community to volunteer in the program.  To help in an RE class contact the Taryn Strauss at Taryn.Strauss@uuca.org

Weekend programs are offered at The Mountain, a Unitarian Universalist camp and conference center in Highlands, NC.
