Tai Chi Easy starting March 5th
Tai Chi Easy is not a kind of Tai Chi, but a method and approach to Tai Chi that makes the practice easy to learn, beneficial, and fun——right away.
So, the learner doesn’t have to wait to learn the 108-traditional movement form, or even the 24-traditional movement form to enjoy this wonderful practice.
TaiChi Easy can be done in five movements. This 5-movement practice can be done standing, or walking. It can also be adapted for sitting.
An 8-week class will be offered Mondays, 11am-12noon, beginning March 5, and ending April 23.
The class location: UUCA’s Theater (on the lower level.)
