Qigong course will be offered Mondays, Oct 8- Nov 12; 11am-12noon
Qigong can be described and practiced as a moving meditation. It is a mind-body-spirit practice that improves one’s mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique and focused attention.
There are many different Qigong practices and exercises.  We will be learning the movements and with a poem of the 9 PHASES.
This practice will be taught in both standing and seated positions.
