A longtime organizer, educator, and writer, Chris Crass is at the forefront of building a national grassroots, multiracial, feminist movement for justice. He’ll be giving the sermon and providing an ARE presentation on Sunday, October 22.

Chris will also be signing copies of his two vitally important books:

  • Towards the “Other America”: Anti-Racist Resources for White People Taking Action for Black Lives Matter (a call to action to end white silence and a manual on how to do it)

  • Towards Collective Liberation: Anti-Racist Organizing, Feminist Praxis, and Movement Building Strategy (a look at the challenges and opportunities of anti-racist work in white communities, feminist work with men, and bringing women of color feminism into the heart of social justice).

He’ll be signing books and selling them for $20 each at the UUCA Bookstore in the social hall after second service. We’ll be accepting cash, checks, or credit card payments.

Don’t miss this opportunity to meet Chris and get his signature on a book (or two) that you’ll be grateful to own—and from which you’re guaranteed to learn a lot!
