"EXPLORING UUCA" REGISTRATION

To register for an "Exploring UUCA" class, please fill out the fields below and submit this form. To allow us to schedule properly, please submit this form at least a week before the class start date. You will be contacted to confirm your registration. Class size varies between 6 and 16 participants; if the class must be dropped because of insufficient participation or if the class is already full, we will work with you to reschedule.

If you wish to attend a class that starts in less than a week, please contact Welcome Ministries Coordinator, Chance Hunter to verify space availability and to indicate your interest, then submit this completed form. If you have questions, you can call Chance at 404-634-5134.

Childcare is available by reservation 1 week in advance
